ICHM Adelaide Campus

State-of-the-art campus

The new ICHM campus, situated in the vibrant heart of Adelaide's CBD on Currie Street. At ICHM, we take pride in our expertise in hospitality, and our brand-new campus reflects our commitment to quality education, inclusivity, and wellbeing. With a student-centric focus, our design choices have been informed by leading research on educational spaces, resulting in the creation of six collaborative teaching studios, equipped with the latest educational technology. We have also dedicated spaces for social interaction among students, as well as wellbeing facilities for both students and staff.

One of the standout features of our three-story campus is the dedicated training bar and wine room. This unique facility houses a fully equipped cocktail bar, training room, and wine tasting facilities. It serves as the centre of our campus, allowing students to hone their skills in mixology, food and beverage service, and wine tasting before entering the industry. This exceptional training facility sets ICHM apart and ensures our students receive unparalleled hospitality education.

We believe that our campus should be a home away from home for all our students, especially those coming from overseas to study in Adelaide. We strive to create a sense of ownership and belonging, fostering a supportive and inclusive community on campus.

At ICHM, we hold deep respect for building meaningful relationships and fostering a strong connection to the land we call home.

As an educational institution situated on Kaurna land, we recognise the significance of engaging with local elders and emerging leaders, particularly through the expression of traditional arts.

We collaborated with the esteemed local Aboriginal artist, Gabrielle Stengle to create an original artwork that seamlessly intertwines with the essence of ICHM. ICHM proudly presents this remarkable artwork on campus, weaving a vibrant tapestry of Aboriginal culture and heritage throughout our campus, symbolising our deep respect and commitment to honouring the land's traditional custodians.
