The ICHM course of “One Program, Two Degree” has been specially designed to give its graduates the competitive edge in the international hospitality environment. Comprised of a Bachelor of Business (Hospitality Management) and the first Bachelor of International Hotel Management (Swiss Hotel Association), this unique program is aimed at those students who want to excel in this vibrant and ever expanding industry. Following you will find the subjects for each year of study; starting from Year 1 which introduces students to basic hospitality operations and an introduction to business, right through to Year 2 and 3 that introduce supervisory level concepts and applied business management subjects, and finally Year 4, where students focus on the international hotel environment from a strategic management perspective as well as utilising a variety of electives to pursue particular areas of interest.
