About Advanced Standing Curriculum

Due to ICHM progressively introducing a new curriculum starting in January 2007, those students entering ICHM with Advanced Standing (e.g. directly into Year 2 or Year 3), will join the already establish program with existing ICHM students. The subject lists are as follows:

  • Hospitality Management Accounting.
  • Hospitality Marketing & Sales 1.
  • Human Resource Management 2 (Supervision).
  • Hygiene Systems.
  • Kitchen Operations & Management 2.
  • Management Information Systems 1.

  • Operational Planning & Quality Service.

  • Rooms Division Operations 2.

  • Wine Studies 2.

  • Workplace Relations & Industry Legislation.

 

Year 2 Program LENGTH

20-24 week semester of study at the College.
Total contact hours: 583.
