ICHM has applied to the Australian Government Department of Education Science and Training as an authorised Higher Education Provider, and subject to approval, we hope we will be able to offer FEE-HELP loans to students attending ICHM.
The key criteria will be as follows:
- Only Australian citizens can apply for FEE-HELP loans.
- Loans only apply to Year 4 at ICHM, the bachelor degree. (But note, it is possible that in 2008 we will be able to offer FEE-HELP for Year 1-3 also.)
- The loan only covers tuition; no loan is available for accommodation.
Australian students who are thinking of applying for FEE-HELP loans should be aware of three documents that Department of Education, Science and Technology have requested that we put on our website.
Please contact the Admissions Office with any inquiries.

1) ICHM Course assurance statement.
This document sets out the assurance (“protection”) that we provide for students undertaking our bachelor degree course. It is somewhat similar to the assurance provided to overseas students under the ESOS Act. This statement is available on our website, and also from our Admissions Office.

2) ICHM Review Procedure
We aim to deal fairly both with students who have enrolled, as well as students who seek to enrol. Our procedures are intended to be transparent. This Review Procedure sets out specific procedure for potential FEE-HELP students and their relationship with our Admissions Office. This statement is available on our website, and also from our Admissions Office.

3) Procedure for both Academic and Non Academic Grievances
ICHM has processes in place for addressing both Academic and also Non-Academic Grievances. Insofar as these relate to the degree program covered by FEE-HELP, written procedures are in place for both grievance procedures. These procedures are available on our website and also from the Admissions Office.
If students or potential students want copies of any of these documents please contact or visit:
