Live, laugh & learn with a global family of friends
Most ICHM students live on-campus. While a number of schools share the teaching facilities, ICHM students have the first right of entry to Regency International House (RIH), an outstanding on-campus accommodation complex. Living in a tertiary student residence is an experience to fondly remember.
Introducing Irene
A safe and comfortable haven for students is the aim of Regency International House (RIH) Administrator, Irene Ninnes. From Edinburgh, Scotland, Irene sums up her approach as “firm, friendly and fair. Our students (and their parents) need to know they’ll be looked after.
The dynamics of so many young people living in close proximity means there needs to be some rules. Student representatives are included in monthly meetings to address issues. RIH is not a teaching facility, it’s a home.”

Accommodation Priority
Due to the growth in student numbers, ICHM can no longer guarantee all students on-campus accommodation. All year 1 students will be expected to stay in RIH. New students in years 2, 3 and 4 will also be given priority. Returning students may be required to live off-campus. ICHM’s Student Welfare Manager will assist students to find suitable off-campus accommodation if required.
